Let’s face it,
Valentine’s Day is a fake holiday, a Hallmark invention that
has nothing to do with any sacred rhythm of Nature. Yet the
saccharin sentiments and romantic ideals of love have infiltrated
American culture and the very air we breathe. Let’s get to
the heart of the matter, your love body, and what truly matters to
you.
Come solo, come with a partner or friend. All are welcome. Together
we breathe, move, and express in love with wildly tender
freedom.

What we call the Heart is a great mystery. This weekend is a
journey of exploration into what I am calling the
Triune
Heart* ~ your
personal heart, your World heart, and your Cosmic heart.
Using the empowering skills of presence and creative embodiment
from Moving Theater, we dive into the movement of soul,
listen to the voice of the heart, and find meaningful expression of
the messages we discover.
If you’re
wanting to explore Moving Theater, or are ready to go deeper,
this workshop is the perfect time to get into the flow.

With Camille Maurine as loving guide and ally, each participant
enters the body, breath, and energy of the three domains of
Heart:
Personal Heart ~ Relationship with others, our loves, longings, joys, and sorrows. Experiences particular to you and your individual life story.
World Heart ~ Relationship with the Collective. Empathic resonance with all beings, the Body of Humanity, and the Earth. Tribal patterns, beliefs, fears. Healthy psychic boundaries. Planetary Citizenship.
Cosmic Heart ~ Relationship with the Universe. Knowing yourself as an expression of the divine energies of Creation. The vast space of the heart beyond time and place.
Our bodies and psyches are pulsating with all of these energies at all times. This is an intimate, inescapable reality that beckons us to inhabit with awareness. When we consciously engage with the three domains, an integration takes place in our senses, nervous system, emotions, and thoughts. We “update our inner files” and catalyze our next evolutionary step.
Together, all three realms constitute your Body of Love. This weekend is a space to engage this three-fold relationship and allow it to evolve.
During the weekend, you have the opportunity to create a transformative ritual for yourself. In the community of other courageous hearts, you witness and are witnessed in this profound and joyous process.
